Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of tender documents for renewable energy sectors.
  • Bid management, including end-to-end bid management and tendering for government clients and PSUs.
  • Familiarity with the bidding process at government and GEM portals, downloading tenders, and maintaining databases.
  • Preparation of pre-qualification documents, EOI, bids, and coordination with central functions for bid compliance.
  • Generation of relevant MIS reports and tender tracking updates.
  • Maintenance of documentation and correspondence of BD activities and updating credentials regularly.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent experience in bid management.
  • 3-5 years' experience in bid management, tendering, GEM portal, government tender, PSU, renewable/wind/solar.
