Responsibilities

As a member of our team, you will work alongside seasoned problem solvers to tackle complex business issues from strategy to execution. Key responsibilities include:

  • Project management for Renewable Energy initiatives
  • Technical and commercial due diligence assessments
  • Evaluation and preparation of DPR reports
  • Collaboration with government entities and Public Sector Undertakings on project monitoring
  • Expertise in bio-energy, solar, and green hydrogen technologies

Additional tasks involve:

  • Monitoring national and state-level policies and regulations in the Renewable Energy sector
  • State-wise comparative analysis of policies and regulations
  • Supporting the drafting of renewable energy policies
  • Financial analysis of various business ventures in the Renewable Energy sector
  • Guiding clients in new areas, such as AI and ML applications in the renewable energy sector
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Prior experience in management consulting
  • Experience with feasibility studies, bid advisory for RE projects, business plan development, and financing for renewable energy projects
  • A background in solar parks, pumped hydro storage, floating solar, energy storage, e-mobility, and green hydrogen technologies
Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following skills are highly desirable:

  • Consulting background
  • Renewable Energy expertise
  • Experience in dealing with government clients or client-facing roles

We seek candidates with at least 7 years of prior experience in the Renewable Energy sector and a strong educational foundation, including a B.tech + MBA or M.Tech degree.
