Job Title: Senior Lawyer for Renewable Energy Sector
This is a challenging role that requires an experienced lawyer with expertise in renewable energy sector to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract drafting, negotiation, and management of land acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements related to renewable energy projects;
- Managing title due diligence of land for establishing solar and wind power plants across India;
- Authentication of property title documents;
- Apprising the senior management regarding the progress of land acquisition and title clearance;
- Acting as a custodian of all legal and title documents and related documents;
- Preparing milestones and cash flows using Excel.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Law with specialization in Power - preferably from a reputed institute;
- 4+ years post-qualification experience in the renewable energy sector;
- Detail-oriented with ability to work collaboratively with team members nearby and remotely, managing multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Willingness to travel nationally.
