Energy Sector Tender Specialist

As a Bid Manager, you will be responsible for preparing tender documents for the renewable energy sector. This includes end-to-end bid management and tendering for government clients and Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs).
The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of the bidding process at government portals, including downloading tenders and maintaining databases. They will also be well-versed in preparing pre-qualification documents, expressions of interest (EOIs), and bids.
Additionally, they will coordinate with central functions for bid compliance, generate relevant Management Information System (MIS) reports and tender tracking updates, and maintain documentation and correspondence related to business development activities.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of tender documents for renewable sectors.
- End-to-end bid management and tendering for government clients and PSUs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a B.Tech degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent qualification. They should have 3-5 years of experience in bid management, tendering, Gem Portal, government tender, PSU, and renewable/wind/solar sectors.
