Job Title: Night Shift Ticketing Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage ticketing operations during evening and night hours.

  • Ticketing Operations:
    • Manage the booking, cancellation, rescheduling, and management of domestic and international tickets.
    • Handle amendments, refunds, and re-issuances according to client requirements.
    • Maintain prompt resolution for ticketing-related issues.
  • Customer Support:
    • Provide customer service via calls, emails, and chats during the night shift.
    • Support clients with queries related to fares, routing, and policies.
  • System Handling:
    • Work on GDS platforms (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) for reservations and ticket issuance.
    • Ensure accurate data entry and booking processes.
  • Coordination:
    • Liaise with airlines, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth ticketing operations.
    • Update clients on travel schedules, changes, and airline policies.
  • Reporting & Compliance:
    • Maintain accurate transaction logs and prepare daily reports.
    • Fulfill company policies and adhere to industry regulations.

Key Qualifications and Skills include:

  • A minimum of 1–2 years of proven experience in airline ticketing or travel services.
  • Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre). Certification is advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of fare rules, airline ticketing policies, and international routing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities in a night shift setup.
