Job Summary

Requirements
  • Self-sufficient and driven individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of work experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the gaming industry.
  • Strong knowledge of customer service software and tools, including Zendesk, Jira, and Slack.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts and define key performance indicators (KPIs) for support-related activities.
