Job Opportunity: Quality Assurance Expert

We seek a meticulous and experienced professional to support our operations team in AML/KYC processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular audits of AML/KYC cases to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Identify process gaps and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
  • Monitor and report on quality metrics, trends, and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the operations and training teams to conduct RCA and implement CAPA.
  • Participate in calibration sessions with internal teams and client-side quality stakeholders.
  • Assist in updating quality control checklists and SOPs according to evolving guidelines.
  • Support new hire training and refresher training sessions on compliance quality standards.
  • Stay updated on latest AML/KYC regulations, global compliance practices, and quality frameworks.
