Quality Assurance Specialist

The primary responsibility of a Quality Assurance Expert is to ensure that our organization's associates provide excellent customer service and adhere to company policies and procedures.
This role involves assessing associate performance through quality assurance audits or phone calls, monitoring inbound and outbound calls and email responses to evaluate demeanor, technical accuracy, customer service, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Performing regular quality checks to assess associate performance
- Providing feedback to associates on their performance and helping them improve
- Conducting calibration sessions to reduce variance in performance
- Preparing and analyzing internal and external quality reports for management review
Requirements:
- More than 1 year of experience in the collections process
- Preferred 3rd Party or 1st Party Collections experience
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently with attention to detail, time management, and decision-making skills
- Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced team environment, and adapt to change
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
