Senior Biosimilar Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Scientist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in biosimilar process development, with expertise in CHO and other mammalian cell lines. They will be responsible for strategizing the development of non-infringing upstream processes, understanding cell lines, cell culture, and bioreactor processes, and planning and executing experiments as part of process development.
The Senior Scientist will also be responsible for media and feed formulation and preparation, components role verification and utilization based on spent media analysis, and designing and conducting process characterization for upstream development.
They will oversee and coordinate work performance at production plants or third-party manufacturing units and support commercialization activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in biosimilar process development, with expertise in CHO and other mammalian cell lines.
- Strong knowledge of cell line development and cell line characterization.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead a team of scientists and senior scientists.
