About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Scientist to lead our efforts in developing non-infringing Upstream processes for recombinant molecules using CHO and other mammalian cell lines. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, conducting, and optimizing experiments at various scales of bioreactors to ensure robust and efficient process development.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Cell Line Development, Bioreactor Operations, and Media Formulation. They will also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with leading cross-functional teams and managing projects from conception to completion is highly desirable.
