Job Overview

As a Systems Engineer, you will play a key role in implementing integrations, providing technical support, building tools to reduce errors, and performing root cause analysis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated systems professional with a passion for automation and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Linux administration, scripting, and networking fundamentals, as well as hands-on experience with Ruby or Python.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement integrations requested by internal teams or customers
  • Provide level 2 technical support and queries coming from internal teams
  • Build tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer experience
  • Perform root cause analysis for production errors
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues
  • Deploy updates and fixes
  • Develop scripts to automate visualization
  • Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance
Requirements
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience
  • Familiarity with Ruby or Python
  • Strong hands-on Linux Administration & troubleshooting, Scripting, VMware, Cron scheduling for backups, LVM
  • Basics on Java, C++, Ansible, Nginx, Apache, Tomcat
  • Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, VPN, routing)
  • Basic knowledge on ITIL
  • Basic understanding of languages (Shell scripting, Python, Perl)
  • Knowledge of best practices and IT operations in an always-up, always-available service
