Lead Cybersecurity Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Cybersecurity Specialist to oversee security assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and help build secure digital environments.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and report on penetration testing engagements across various environments.
  • Develop comprehensive test plans and workflows to ensure accurate results.
  • Simulate real-world attacks using manual and automated techniques to uncover security flaws.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to remediate security weaknesses and improve system security.
  • Mentor junior cybersecurity professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Stay updated on the latest threat vectors, exploits, and cybersecurity trends.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 6+ years of experience in penetration testing and ethical hacking.
  • Strong knowledge of security frameworks and standards.
  • Proficiency in tools like Burp Suite, Metasploit, Nmap, Nessus, Wireshark, and Kali Linux.
  • Solid understanding of application security, network protocols, authentication mechanisms, and secure coding principles.
  • Experience in testing APIs, mobile apps, and cloud platforms.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
  • Strong report writing and documentation skills.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Candidates should have a strong passion for staying up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies. Certifications such as OSCP, OSWE, GPEN, CEH (Practical), or equivalent are highly valued.
