We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide accurate cost estimates and budgeting for construction projects.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Analyzing project specifications, drawings, and other relevant documents to identify project requirements.
  • Familiarizing oneself with applicable international codes and standards.
  • Ensuring all cost estimates align with standards to maintain compliance and quality.
  • Using appropriate measurement methods to accurately assess quantities.
  • Proficiency in working with AutoCAD, MS Excel and related software.
  • Familiarity with cost estimation software(e.g., CostX) is an added advantage

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Quantity Surveying, out of which at least 2 years should be in a global construction consultancy.
  • Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Good technical writing, client-facing and communication skills
  • Well-organized, diligent, proactive, assertive, well-disciplined and commercially astute
  • A team player with a 'can-do' attitude, outgoing, polite, patient, diplomatic, personable, respectful and flexible
