Job Description:

The role of Supply Chain Manager is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization's logistics and material management. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a deep understanding of supply chain management principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with organizational policies during PO generation and vendor management.
  • Build robust relationships with vendors to guarantee consistent supply quality and service.
  • Maintain efficient material dispatches in line with customer requirements and project deadlines.
  • Optimize logistics activities to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency while maintaining E-way bill and challan compliance.
  • Lead material planning, stocking, and distribution to prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Maintain accurate inventory tracking by reviewing stock reports regularly.
  • Implement best practices for warehouse and material management.
  • Oversight of vendor invoicing, documentation, and payment processing with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Generate SCM-related MIS reports for management review and decision-making.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Qualification: B.Tech in Electricals or Electronics (Mandatory).
  • Experience: Up to 20 years of proven experience in Supply Chain Management, preferably in manufacturing, EPC, or engineering industries.
  • Strong expertise in procurement, negotiation, vendor registration, logistics, inventory, and invoicing.
  • Excellent understanding of E-way bills, challans, MIS reporting, and stock management.
  • Proficiency in ERP/SCM software and advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
