As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing employee relations and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and track employee relations issues, including resolution and follow-up.
  • Support management in handling and resolving human resources issues.
  • Ensure compliance with hiring and recruitment processes.
  • Inform management of any employee relations issues.
  • Respond to questions and concerns from employees and management regarding company policies and guidelines.
  • Disseminate information to employees related to employer-employee relations and personnel policies.
  • Review and maintain accurate employee records and files.
  • Assist in logistics and administration of annual employee surveys.
  • Answer phone calls and record messages.
  • Support management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience.
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
  • No specific license or certification required.
