The primary role of the Human Resource Director is to lead and oversee all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and compensation.
- Directs human resource employees in various tasks such as recruitment, total compensation, employee relations, and training and development.
- Executes the objectives outlined in the Human Resource Business Plan to deliver services that meet or exceed the needs of employees and support business success.
- High school diploma or equivalent; 3 years of experience in human resources, management operations, or a related field.
- OR
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in human resources, business administration, or a related major; 1 year of experience in human resources, management operations, or a related field.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to establish open relationships with employees. The following are some key responsibilities:
- Ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations, as well as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Communicates changes to benefit plans in a timely manner.
- Establishes and maintains effective employee communication channels in departments.
- Strives to improve employee retention through Spirit to Serve Our Communities events.
