Human Resource Director Job Description

The primary role of the Human Resource Director is to lead and oversee all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and compensation.

  • Directs human resource employees in various tasks such as recruitment, total compensation, employee relations, and training and development.
  • Executes the objectives outlined in the Human Resource Business Plan to deliver services that meet or exceed the needs of employees and support business success.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; 3 years of experience in human resources, management operations, or a related field.
  • OR
  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in human resources, business administration, or a related major; 1 year of experience in human resources, management operations, or a related field.
