Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled ATM Operations Specialist to join our team. As an ATM Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our ATMs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor ATM transactions and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Troubleshoot software-related problems with the ATM machines.
  • Conduct research and analysis of incidents related to the ATMs.
  • Update and maintain ATM configurations, including addition, deletion, and update of card details.
  • Coordinate with developer teams to implement updates and provide status reports to management.
  • Provide logs and status reports to the bank on a regular basis.
  • Plan and schedule the installation, de-installation, and relocation of company ATMs.
  • Coordinate with data processing vendors and other operational areas as required.

Requirements:

  • Any graduate with good knowledge of MS Excel.
  • At least 1 year of experience in ATM monitoring.
