Product Governance Lead

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of product governance strategies across various risk domains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement product governance frameworks to ensure effective risk management practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver integrated risk management dashboards, providing centralized views of risk activities and outcomes.
  • Work with low-code/no-code solutions, including change control governance in such tools, to optimize business processes.
  • Utilize risk quantification tools and techniques, as well as mathematical models, to inform decision-making and drive strategic growth.
  • Advise on agile methodologies and principles, ensuring effective adoption and execution within a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management or ownership, with at least 3 years focused on governance risk and compliance, enterprise risk management technologies, or similar solutions.
  • Proven expertise in shaping integrated risk management dashboards and providing centralized views of risk activities and outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with other ServiceNow modules and integrations, particularly in IT Service Management (ITSM), Third Party Risk, and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
  • Experience in enterprise risk assessment, risk mitigation strategies, and compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 31000, COSO).
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and standards relevant to risk management (e.g., GDPR, SOX, GxP).
