Job Description:

As a key member of our business development team, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expansion. You will be responsible for managing existing and potential customers, achieving sales targets and market share through effective channel management and development.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify opportunities to increase sales and market share, and develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align business goals and objectives.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will include sales growth, customer acquisition and retention rates, and market share.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and meet KPIs.
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and preferences.
