Customer Support Specialist

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality customer service through phone, email, and chat support.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support, CRM usage, inbound calling, and phone support.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Familiarity with customer support software and CRM tools.
  • Basic knowledge of products and services.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
