We are seeking a skilled and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Job Description:
The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for performing various receptionist duties, providing phone etiquette, clerical skills, customer service, and other administrative tasks on a day-to-day basis. They will work closely with the management team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong receptionist duties and customer service skills
- Clerical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not necessary
