About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Ekincare. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and building a strong sales pipeline.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities for the company.
  • Contact and qualify potential customers to understand their health-related needs and preferences.
  • Set appointments and follow up on leads to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Track progress towards meeting sales goals and collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching targets.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments to provide valuable insights to the team.

**Requirements:

  • A bachelors degree in any field and a keen interest in building a career in sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and colleagues.
  • Sales and customer service aptitude, with a strong ability to build relationships and close deals.
  • Basic knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change, with a strong problem-solving and negotiation skillset.
