A seasoned professional with a proven track record of success in building and maintaining strong relationships with leading organizations and industry leaders. Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate industry trends into actionable initiatives. Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

Candidate should possess a deep understanding of the business landscape and the talent needs of modern corporations. Experience in developing and executing comprehensive strategies to build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners is essential.

Key responsibilities include campus recruitment, strategic industry engagement, forging high-impact connections, career services & placements, relationship management, and ecosystem development. The ideal candidate should be able to travel within the region to meet clients and engage them for campus placement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
