Senior Placement Executive

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Placement Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading placement initiatives for trainees and ensuring strong industry absorption.
About the RoleThe role involves building partnerships with HR leaders and recruiters across various sectors, including Finance, Consulting, BFSI, IT, and EdTech. You will organize campus drives, interviews, and placement events, manage dashboards, hiring trackers, and alumni networks, and onboard corporate partners for training, internships, and hiring collaborations.
Key Responsibilities- Drive placement initiatives for trainees and ensure industry absorption.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR heads, recruiters, and industry partners.
- Organize campus drives, interviews, and placement events.
- Maintain placement dashboards, hiring trackers, and alumni records.
- Strong communication and networking skills.
- Ability to negotiate and present effectively.
- Result-oriented mindset to build industry-academia ties.
- Willingness for travel and performance-driven goals.
We offer a competitive compensation package of ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (CTC depending on profile) + Performance Incentives (linked to placements & partnerships).
