- Oversee the management of financial institution/valuation agency operations.
- Maintain a high-quality portfolio within set parameters.
- Provide training for financial institution/channels and cross-functional teams at regular intervals.
- Regularly visit channels/branches and customers.
- Lead a team of credit managers and associates.
- Collect market feedback through field visits and networking with counterparts from competing organizations.
- Develop localized schemes based on market dynamics and delinquency studies.
- Audit files and processes, taking corrective measures as needed.
- Respond to audit queries.
- Monitor personal performance and drive team results to achieve positive outcomes on KPIs.
