Drive project success as a seasoned Construction Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and enforce Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) policies across projects, providing strategic insights to senior leadership.
  • Ensure contractual compliance, including bank guarantees, insurances, and statutory requirements, through collaborative partnerships.
  • Track project timelines rigorously; advise on penalties, extensions of time, and recovery or extension of bank guarantees as necessary.
  • Develop project budgets in collaboration with design, project, and supply chain management teams.
  • Facilitate non-fundable approval requests aligned with approved project budgets.
  • Create and manage comprehensive budget trackers; promptly notify senior leadership of cost overruns.
  • Coordinate capex forecasts with project and supply chain teams for effective planning and resource allocation.
  • Compile detailed management information system reports for senior leadership meetings, highlighting key achievements and challenges.
  • Develop project schedules aligned with customer commitments; prepare reports showcasing project progress and future projections.
  • Lead customer and stakeholder meetings to understand project requirements and manage expectations.
  • Establish and maintain communication channels for seamless design-to-construction issue resolution with customer SMEs.
  • Compile and disseminate reports and minutes of meeting to ensure transparency.

Conduct on-site visits to provide project insights and updates to customers.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, PGDPM NICMAR/RICS. A Master's degree or PMP certification is advantageous.
  • Minimum 6-7 years of experience in program/project management, preferably in the data center industry/sector.
  • Strong understanding of PLM policies, project governance, and contract management.
  • Proven experience in budget management and financial forecasting.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as MSP, MS Doc, Power BI.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic environment.
