We continuously work on curating student-centric learning programs, striving to become a leading coding education company in India. With a focus on crafting learning experiences, we resolve over 400 doubts per hour with 1:1 mentor support.

A little bit about you

As an Associate Program Manager - Partnerships & Growth, you'll drive initiatives that accelerate our vision. You'll be the bridge between external ecosystems and our brand, identifying and pitching opportunities to leadership, institutions, corporates, and individuals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end program management for strategic initiatives.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, sales, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Identify opportunities for partnerships and collaborations, supporting their execution and integration into ongoing projects.
  • Conduct research, analyze data, and generate insights to support leadership in strategic decision-making.
  • Develop creative growth initiatives (scholarships, hackathons, referral alliances, joint programs).
  • Create and monitor project plans, KPIs, and performance dashboards.
  • Support the Founder's Office in high-impact tasks requiring discretion, agility, and strategic thinking.

What We're Looking For

  • 3-6 years of experience in consulting, program management, strategy, or a high-growth startup environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, bias towards action, and learning by doing.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and drive outcomes under tight timelines.
  • Bonus: Exposure to end-to-end program management or experience in the education/tech sector.
