Front Office Representative Opportunity

We seek a driven professional with expertise in hotel reservations and front office operations to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound/outbound client calls, convert inquiries into bookings to meet revenue targets
  • Develop business from existing customer accounts by sending new offer updates and packages
  • Maintain the central reservation system, create reservations, maintain customer records, update advance payments/balance receivable
  • Identify new revenue generation opportunities to achieve personal and property revenue goals
  • Understand market trends, including competitors' strengths and weaknesses, economic conditions, supply and demand
  • Schedule client visits, coordinate site visits
  • Maintain inquiry records, sales records for online and offline sales
  • Prepare daily check-in/check-out schedules, share with Operations staff
  • Collect and maintain customer information databases, contact details
  • Track balance payments receivable, extra charges, additional services rendered
  • Track monthly inquiries through offline and online channels for sales analysis
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports for leads and conversions
  • Conduct market research, competition mapping, update Management on new offerings by competitors

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Candidates with at least 2-3 years of experience in front office/reservations departments (hotels)
  • Excellent communication skills, English is mandatory
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office/Excel is required
