Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Assistant Manager. As a key member of our Finance team, you will play a crucial part in driving exceptional performance and creating potential for future growth.

You will have a flair for numbers and big-picture thinking, communicating financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders, being proactive, and self-driven with the capacity to work effectively in a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Possess strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office and SAP
  • Inter CA/Qualified ICWA with 2+ years of post-qualification experience
Responsibilities:A. Performance Delivery:
  • Support and enable AOP delivery on Volume, NSV, OP Cash, and Pricing
  • Strengthen the Finance O&R process
B. Productivity:
  • Collect past c-forms, ensure process improvement, and reduce timelines
  • Active participation to unlock savings and ensure hygiene
C. Net Revenue Management:
  • Trade Spend Management
  • Drive BTL claim process and adopt new BTL Process
D. Business Partnering:
  • Develop financial analysis to drive business insights
  • Partner with CH/SH to drive business performance
E. BAU Operations:
  • Credit Management - Timely MIS Circulation
  • Collection Management - Driving Collection and reducing overdues
F. Compliance and Governance:
  • Ensure compliance to Credit Policy, BTL Policy, TTL Policy, SOA, and CARM controls
  • Risks identified through TB review are tracked and reviewed with RCFH
