Strategic Financial Leader

This role oversees financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting for UK client portfolios. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning, compliance, and risk management.

Responsibilities include leading monthly/quarterly closing processes and consolidation reporting, as well as overseeing treasury management and cash flow forecasting.

The successful candidate will be experienced in using financial technology tools, such as Xero and Dext, to drive automation initiatives and streamline financial reporting and compliance.

Additionally, the candidate should possess strong analytical skills and be able to provide actionable insights on revenue growth, profitability, and cost optimization.

Requirements include a CA, ACCA, or CPA qualification, along with 7–10 years of experience in finance, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.

Strong knowledge of UK accounting practices, GAAP/IFRS compliance, and taxation is also essential.

Preferred qualifications include hands-on expertise with Xero, Dext, Power BI, or similar financial tools, as well as exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
