Role Summary

We are seeking a seasoned customer retention professional to spearhead our digital relationship management initiatives.

This role will focus on fostering long-term connections with customers, leveraging data-driven insights and creative strategies to drive loyalty and repeat business across multiple channels.

  • Customer Engagement Strategies
  • Develop and execute personalized customer journeys: onboarding, engagement, retention, and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Design targeted CRM campaigns to boost Repeat Purchase Rate, AOV, and CLV.
  • Segment customers using RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary) and behavioral cohorts for tailored marketing approaches.
  • Campaign Optimization
  • Own and optimize CRM campaigns across Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and Push Notifications with advanced personalization.
  • Collaborate with performance marketing and creative teams to craft high-converting retention campaigns.
  • Ensure consistent brand voice and empathy in all CRM communications.
  • Loyalty and Retention Programs
  • Strengthen our loyalty program by driving sign-ups, redemptions, and customer delight.
  • Develop VIP and subscriber programs to enhance LTV.
  • Partner with CX teams to resolve issues and convert them into retention opportunities.
  • Data Analysis and Insights
  • Track key retention metrics: Repeat Rate, Churn %, LTV, CAC:CLV ratio, ROAS on retention.
  • Run A/B tests to optimize messaging, cadence, and offers.
  • Provide weekly dashboards and insights to leadership.
  • Tools and Technology
  • Manage CRM/automation tools like Klaviyo, WebEngage, MoEngage, Clevertap, Shopify CRM integrations.
  • Drive data hygiene, personalization logic, and automation workflows.
  • Explore AI-driven segmentation and predictive churn tools.
