Strategic Advisor

As a highly experienced Strategic Advisor, you will play a key role in shaping strategy, monitoring deal pipelines, and providing oversight on transaction execution. This is a high-visibility leadership role that requires strong financial acumen and proven deal-making experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to drive strategic business initiatives.
  • Apply knowledge of Investment Banking and capital markets to assess opportunities, risks, and deal structures.
  • Participate in daily meetings to review developments and progress.
  • Provide regular reports on the status of ongoing transactions, restructuring processes, and deal pipelines.
  • Advise on structuring, negotiations, and execution strategies for acquisitions, distressed asset deals, and capital market transactions.
  • Support decision-making on investment opportunities, exits, and capital raising activities.
  • Ensure effective coordination between teams and external stakeholders, including banks, investors, and regulators.
Qualifications & Experience

You have 5–10 years of professional experience in Investment Banking, Asset Reconstruction, Private Equity, or Corporate Finance.

Proven track record in transaction execution, deal structuring, and financial advisory.

Strong professional network across financial institutions, investors, and regulatory authorities.

Prior experience working with senior stakeholders in a strategic capacity.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
