Job Overview

The role of a Senior Business Advisor involves leading and executing strategic consulting engagements, internal audits, and risk management initiatives. This includes managing small project teams, collaborating with clients to deliver high-quality outputs, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring timely project progress.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead process consulting, internal audit, and risk consulting engagements to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
  • Act as team leader for projects with 1–3 members, reviewing work outputs and guiding junior team members.
  • Engage with client representatives to gather requirements, present findings, and provide advisory solutions.
  • Identify and report potential business development opportunities during projects to support the growth of firm practices.
  • Manage project progress, risks, and stakeholder communication to ensure expected outcomes.
  • Apply technical expertise and continuously learn new industry developments and advisory practices.
  • Conduct process gap analysis, risk identification, and control effectiveness assessments across business processes.
  • Demonstrate business acumen and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Work under stringent deadlines and challenging client environments, ensuring integrity and professional conduct.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within India and abroad based on project requirements.
