About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Team Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, including web search, Search Engine Optimization, email, social media, and display advertising.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to maintain our company's social media presence across all digital channels. They will also be responsible for tracking client evaluations, responding to inquiries promptly, and interacting with prospects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and display advertising.
  • Maintain our company's social media presence and ensure consistent branding across all digital channels.
  • Track client evaluations, respond to inquiries promptly, and interact with prospects.
  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness through promotions and competitions.
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in digital marketing, social media, design tools, and applications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or master's degree in digital marketing preferred.
  • One to three years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word/Excel/PPT).
  • Relevant knowledge of digital marketing, including email marketing and WhatsApp marketing.
  • Experience in developing e-marketing strategies, including creating engaging content.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and channels.
  • Strong attention to accuracy and details, with a focus on email and WhatsApp marketing.
  • Continuous learning and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in email and WhatsApp marketing.
  • Knowledge of web designing.

Benefits

This full-time role offers a competitive salary package of Rs. 4.5 to 5.0 lakhs per annum CTC, negotiable based on experience. The position includes a day shift only, with a weekly off on the 4th Saturday and all Sundays. Please note that the location is Kharadi.
