Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Team Leader to spearhead our digital marketing initiatives, driving growth and innovation in the conference and exhibition industry.

About Us:

Pioneer Exhibitions and Conventions Management Private Limited is a leading company with over four decades of experience in organizing exhibitions and conferences in India.

We specialize in delegate and visitors' recruitment for international conferences and exhibitions from SAARC countries, working closely with partner companies in North America, Latin America, Europe, and the MENA region.

Our expertise spans various industry segments, including Smart Cities, Urban Development, Instrumentation and Control, Information Communication and Telecom, and Food Processing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across web search, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), search engine marketing, email, social media, and display advertising, with a focus on email marketing and WhatsApp marketing.
  • Maintain and enhance our company's social media presence across all digital channels.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to respond to inquiries, produce engaging content, and maintain a consistent company image.
  • Monitor client feedback, respond promptly to inquiries, and engage with potential clients.
  • Design and implement innovative strategies to boost brand awareness through promotions and competitions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in digital marketing, social media, design tools, and applications.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in digital marketing is preferred.
  • One to three years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of relevant digital marketing channels, including email and WhatsApp marketing.
  • Experience in developing e-marketing strategies and creating engaging content.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on email and WhatsApp marketing.
  • Continuous learning and staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in email and WhatsApp marketing.
  • Familiarity with web designing principles.
Work Details:

This is a full-time position, working from our office location. The shift is day shift only, with weekly offs on 4th Saturdays and all Sundays.

The estimated salary range for this position is ₹4,50,000 to ₹5,00,000 per annum CTC (negotiable). We offer a competitive compensation package that reflects the candidate's skills and qualifications.
