Job Title: Area Sales Manager

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Area Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue growth in your territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and channel partners to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base and increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • 3-7 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the lab chemicals industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, customer relationships, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Graduate degree in science or business.
  • Chemistry background with MBA in Marketing preferred.
