  • Leadership & Niche Hiring: Proven experience in executive search, headhunting, and closing leadership/niche roles.">
  • Business Alignment: Collaborate with business leaders to understand workforce requirements, succession planning, and future skill needs.">
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong pipeline for senior and critical roles to minimize time-to-hire.">
  • Innovative Sourcing Strategies: Leverage advanced sourcing methods, such as social platforms, professional communities, referrals, industry events, and AI-driven recruitment solutions.">
  • Candidate & Stakeholder Experience: Ensure a smooth, engaging, and professional candidate journey. Partner with stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver results.">
  • Interview & Screening Ownership: Take ownership of the screening process and first-round interviews, including cultural and competency assessments.">
  • Mentorship & Performance Management: Guide and mentor junior recruiters, build a high-performing TA team, and drive adoption of recruitment best practices.">
  • Data-Driven Hiring: Track recruitment metrics and integrate insights into decision-making.">

Requirements:

  • 4–7 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in startup or fast-paced environments.">
  • Strong track record in technology, AI-driven roles, and manufacturing domains.">
  • Successful track record of closing mid-to-senior level positions.">
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to map talent strategy to organizational goals.">
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and candidate engagement abilities.">
