- Leadership & Niche Hiring: Proven experience in executive search, headhunting, and closing leadership/niche roles.">
- Business Alignment: Collaborate with business leaders to understand workforce requirements, succession planning, and future skill needs.">
- Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong pipeline for senior and critical roles to minimize time-to-hire.">
- Innovative Sourcing Strategies: Leverage advanced sourcing methods, such as social platforms, professional communities, referrals, industry events, and AI-driven recruitment solutions.">
- Candidate & Stakeholder Experience: Ensure a smooth, engaging, and professional candidate journey. Partner with stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver results.">
- Interview & Screening Ownership: Take ownership of the screening process and first-round interviews, including cultural and competency assessments.">
- Mentorship & Performance Management: Guide and mentor junior recruiters, build a high-performing TA team, and drive adoption of recruitment best practices.">
- Data-Driven Hiring: Track recruitment metrics and integrate insights into decision-making.">
Requirements:

- 4–7 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in startup or fast-paced environments.">
- Strong track record in technology, AI-driven roles, and manufacturing domains.">
- Successful track record of closing mid-to-senior level positions.">
- Strong business acumen with the ability to map talent strategy to organizational goals.">
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and candidate engagement abilities.">
- Innovative, energetic, and able to balance strategic focus with hands-on execution.">
- Familiarity with AI-recruitment tools, sourcing analytics, and digital hiring strategies.">
