Brand Manager

Job Description:

The primary responsibility of the Brand Manager is to maintain brand consistency across all physical and digital touchpoints. This role requires strong strategic thinking, hands-on execution skills, and the ability to amplify and position the company as a distinctive, aspirational real estate brand.

This is an independent role that involves leading efforts to establish a strong foundation for long-term growth and recognition. The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies that enhance the company's identity, market presence, and brand recall.

To achieve this, the Brand Manager will ensure alignment of all brand communications with the company's vision, values, and positioning. This includes maintaining brand consistency across all consumer interaction points, collaborating with design agencies and vendors to create high-quality, brand-aligned creative assets, and overseeing content creation to ensure brand storytelling is compelling, differentiated, and consistent.

The Brand Manager will also conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth. Additionally, they will monitor brand performance and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, media planning, and performance analytics.
  • Strong vendor management skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Media, Communications, or related field.
  • 5 - 8 years of experience in brand management, preferably in real estate, lifestyle, or FMCG sectors.
  • Proven track record of building and sustaining brand identity across diverse channels.
