As a leading provider of innovative solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled HRIS Manager to join our team. This key role involves supporting the smooth operation of our SAP Success Factors system, ensuring timely completion of projects and tasks, and delivering insights to inform business decisions.
Key Responsibilities- System Administration: Administer the Success Factors system, including configuration, testing, role security, and troubleshooting.
- Project Management: Project manage during system implementations, ensuring timely completion of projects and tasks.
- Documentation: Document configuration processes and key decisions to support change management and communications.
- User Acceptance Testing: Lead UAT (User Acceptance Testing) during implementations, escalating feedback as required.
- End-User Support: Provide regional end-user support on data entry procedures, system navigation, and reporting.
- Process Analysis: Analyze HR functional business and system processes, recommending improvements to meet business needs.
- Data Integrity: Ensure data standards through automation, set up preventative controls, data audits, and work with the business for corrections.
- Reporting and Analytics: Establish and maintain business and compliance reports and dashboards for leaders.
- Training and Development: Create and deliver training for new users, managers, and HR leaders globally.
- Sustainment Planning: Lead sustainment planning for HR technology, including release planning.
- Education and Experience: Degree-qualified or relevant experience.
- SuccessFactors Expertise: Experience as a SuccessFactors administrator.
- Technical Skills: Advanced user of Microsoft Excel, specifically v-lookups, pivot tables, conditional formatting, and advanced formula writing.
- HRIS Knowledge: Strong understanding of HRIS structure, functions, and processes.
- Module Familiarity: Familiarity with SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance Management, Compensation, Learning Management, Succession, Onboarding, and Recruiting.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaboration skills with all levels of management and colleagues in other areas, such as IT and Compliance.
- Analytical and Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical users and facilitate effective outcomes.
- Customer Service: Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Strong analytical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
