Job Description:
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing the human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and employee welfare in a healthcare setting.

Others:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including advertising, shortlisting, interviewing, and hiring
- Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs and ensure timely hiring
- Prepare and maintain job descriptions, employee contracts, and other recruitment documentation
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation and formalities are completed
- Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new employees to hospital policies and procedures
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns
- Address employee grievances and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner
- Promote employee engagement programs and foster a positive work culture
- Support performance appraisal processes, including the creation of evaluation criteria and timelines
- Assist in identifying and addressing performance issues, including coaching and counseling employees
- Ensure hospital compliance with local labor laws, healthcare regulations, and organizational policies
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality
- Prepare and submit reports related to HR functions, including turnover rates, recruitment status, and other HR metrics
- Coordinate training sessions to enhance employee skills and compliance knowledge
- Track and evaluate training effectiveness and employee participation
