Key to Operational Success: Execution of Real Estate Initiatives

Location: Goa, India

Reporting to: Promoter / Strategy Head

Role Overview:

The successful candidate will oversee the end-to-end execution of real estate initiatives. This entails ensuring seamless coordination across various teams including legal, finance, compliance, and on-ground operations.

This role is critical in translating strategic intent into operational reality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the execution of land monetization and development initiatives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely closures.
  • Manage documentation, regulatory approvals, and stakeholder communications effectively.
  • Build and lead local operational teams and establish strong vendor relationships.
  • Ensure adherence to governance, reporting, and risk management protocols.
  • Act as the on-ground representative for the promoter group.

Ideal Profile:

  • 10–15 years of experience in real estate operations, project coordination, or asset management.
  • A strong understanding of legal, financial, and regulatory frameworks in real estate.
  • Proven ability to manage diverse teams and external stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience working with Tier 1 developers or mid-sized platforms preferred.
  • Based in Goa or willing to relocate.
