Senior Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at Livspace. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with real estate agents and brokers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities:- Leverage Existing and Build New Connections: Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents and brokers to systematically acquire customers for interior/fit-out requirements.
- Build Process and Value Chain: Establish a process and value chain for all stakeholders within the real estate agency cycle, ensuring seamless communication and efficient execution.
- Scale Lead Generation Channels: Utilize B2B partnerships to bring scale to the lead generation channel, expanding our customer base and revenue streams.
- Optimize Cost of Acquisition: Analyze and optimize the cost of acquisition via the channel, ensuring maximum ROI on marketing efforts.
- 6-8 years of on-ground experience in business development.
- Preferably from FMCG or CD background.
- Open to travel.
- Experience in launching new businesses in new territories.
- Proven track record of scaling business growth (0-10% year-over-year).
- A go-getter mindset with a strong desire to succeed.
- Real estate experience is a bonus.
- A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
