About this role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and proactive individual to join our team as a Customer Support Associate.

As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers via chat and email during overnight hours, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.

Your key responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via chat and email during night shift hours, providing personalized assistance to customers, troubleshooting technical issues and escalating complex cases if necessary.

You will also be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions, collaborating closely with other team members to ensure seamless customer support operations, staying up-to-date on product/service knowledge to provide accurate information and assistance to customers.

In addition, you will identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the enhancement of customer support procedures.

Requirements:

This is an in-office day job. Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred. You must have excellent written communication skills with a strong command of English, the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment, strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

You should be comfortable working independently during night shift hours, familiar with customer support software and ticketing systems, and flexible to adapt to changing schedules and work occasional weekends or holidays.
