Senior Digital Fundraising Strategist

We are seeking an experienced digital fundraising specialist to help us maximize donations and achieve our mission through effective Google Ads campaigns.

  • Create and execute data-driven Google Ads strategies to optimize campaign performance and donor engagement.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing for continuous campaign improvement.
  • Analyze and report on campaign metrics, providing actionable insights for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ads with campaign goals and donor psychology.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and platform updates.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred but not mandatory if experienced).
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in crowdfunding and performance marketing.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max).
  • Hands-on experience with conversion tracking, remarketing, and analytics tools.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results under strict timelines.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Achieving and maintaining a return on ad spend (ROAS) of 2+ across campaigns.
  • Steady growth in donation volumes and donor base.
