We are looking for ambitious professionals with 7 to 10 years of experience in securing large-scale funding from high-net-worth individuals and influential networks. Your role will involve developing strategic relationships, cultivating donations, and stewarding partnerships to drive substantial funding support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a robust fundraising plan to secure significant donations from HNIs, alumni, and philanthropists.
  • Create an extensive database of potential donors using wealth intelligence tools and personal network.
  • Track fundraising progress, report metrics to stakeholders, and collaborate with the project team to deliver goals.
  • Represent the organization at networking events, donor meetings, and sector gatherings.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in business or related fields.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience working with HNIs/UHNI/CSR in Tamil Nadu, Karnataka.
  • Proven track record of securing high-value donations.
  • Exceptional networking, relationship-building, and persuasion skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communicator (Bilingual - Tamil /English).
