Tractor Loans and Retail Recovery Manager

The ideal candidate will oversee the entire process of sourcing working capital loan facilities to agri-related industries and food processing and agro-processing industries, as well as other manufacturing industries in the MSME segment.
In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring overall quality business growth alongside expanding the size of business.
You must have a basic understanding of working capital finance, including reading balance sheets and P&L statements.
A good knowledge of properties/legal matters will give you an edge in this mortgage-based business, where loans are secured by properties.
A strong network and negotiation skills will also give you an advantage.
Your key tasks include sourcing new customers, ensuring month-on-month disbursements with ticket sizes ranging from Rs. 2 crore to Rs. 25 crore, and meeting minimum targets of three new cases per month.
You are expected to establish connections with CAs/financial consultants, DMAs, Kotak Bank Branch, and source business on a daily basis.
Meeting at least two new leads every working day is also essential.
To succeed in this role, you need excellent follow-up management skills.
Candidates should ensure customer requirements and complaints are addressed promptly and efficiently at the local level.
This requires close collaboration with trade finance, CMS, operations, treasury, legal, and branch banking teams for seamless customer service.
Effective risk management and client expectations must also be managed through close coordination with credit teams.
