  Job Description:

  As a Conversational AI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing AI-powered conversational experiences in Genesys Cloud. You will work on building, training, and optimizing virtual agents using Genesys Dialog Engine or third-party NLP platforms, integrating bots with backend systems via REST APIs.

  Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing conversational flows that meet business requirements.
  • Developing and deploying virtual agents using Genesys Dialog Engine or third-party NLP platforms.
  • Integrating bots with backend systems using REST APIs.
  • Collaborating with architects and stakeholders to understand business use cases and identify opportunities for improvement.

  Requirements:

  To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience with Genesys Cloud CX and Genesys Dialog Engine (GDE) or Genesys DX.
  • Strong skills in bot and NLP development using Genesys AI tools.
  • Ability to build, train, and optimize virtual agents using Genesys Dialog Engine or third-party NLP platforms.
  • Knowledge of integration with third-party NLP engines like Google Dialogflow, Amazon Lex, IBM Watson.
  • Hands-on experience with Bot Flows, Intents, Slot Filling, and Training datasets.

  Preferred Skills:

 &nbsp>We are looking for candidates with:

  • Python/JavaScript skills for custom logic in bot integrations.
  • REST API skills for system integrations.
  • Experience with Google Cloud/AWS for deploying AI services.
  • Knowledge of Speech-to-Text (STT) and Text-to-Speech (TTS) APIs.
  • Experience with CRM and backend integrations (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow).
