About the Role

We're looking for a
Conversational Designer
with hands-on experience in
voice bots and prompt engineering
. This is a unique role where design meets AI — you'll craft natural, engaging voice conversations while leveraging
LLMs (like GPT-4, Claude, Gemini)
and
voice AI platforms
(Retell, Vapi, ElevenLabs, Deepgram) to bring them to life.

You'll work at the intersection of
conversation design, AI-driven prompts, and real-time voice automation
, shaping the next generation of Voice AI experiences for our SaaS products.

What You'll Do

  • Design voice-first conversations
    that feel natural, human-like, and intuitive.
  • Write, refine, and optimize prompts
    for LLM-powered voice agents handling real-time conversations.
  • Map conversation flows, fallback strategies, and user journeys for
    voice bots and IVRs
    .
  • Collaborate with engineers to integrate LLM prompts into
    voice AI platforms and APIs
    .
  • Analyze call transcripts, recordings, and metrics to improve conversation performance.
  • Balance
    UX empathy
    (tone, clarity, accessibility) with
    AI constraints
    (latency, interruptions, accuracy).
  • Experiment with A/B testing, multilingual design, and new features to push the boundaries of voice AI.
  • Document conversation specs, prompt libraries, and design decisions for consistency.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a
    Conversational Designer
    (voice bots, IVR, chatbots, or virtual assistants).
  • Hands-on experience with
    LLMs and prompt engineering
    .
  • Familiarity with
    voice AI platforms
    (Retell, Vapi, ElevenLabs, Deepgram) and
    API integrations
    .
  • Strong writing skills — empathetic, clear, and adaptive to different voice personas.
  • Ability to diagnose conversation failures and improve them with
    data-driven insights
    .
  • Collaboration skills — comfortable working with engineers, product managers, and clients.
  • Bonus: experience in
    multilingual voice design
