Job Title: Principal Conversational AI Developer

We are seeking an experienced developer to design, develop and deploy next-generation intelligent conversational systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, LLMs, and AWS cloud infrastructure, with the ability to build scalable and robust conversational workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop and deploy conversational AI solutions using frameworks such as Microsoft Autogen, CrewAI or LangGraph.
  • Build pipelines and workflows for LLM-based agent orchestration.
  • Integrate third-party APIs, tools and services to enable conversational behavior.
  • Deploy, manage and scale AI-driven solutions on AWS (Lambda, S3, EC2, SageMaker, API Gateway, etc.).
  • Collaborate with ML Engineers, Data Scientists and Product teams to build production-ready solutions.
  • Optimize agents for robustness, efficiency and performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong proficiency in Python with clean, modular and asynchronous programming experience.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services (S3, EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, SageMaker).
  • Practical expertise in at least one conversational AI framework:
  • Microsoft Autogen
  • CrewAI
  • LangGraph
  • Familiarity with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Mistral, etc.) and prompt engineering techniques.
  • Experience in multi-agent workflows and agent state management.
  • Exposure to FastAPI or Flask for AI service deployment.

Good to Have (Preferred Skills):
  • Knowledge of LangChain, RAG architectures and vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
  • Containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
  • Understanding of Reinforcement Learning or agent-based simulation.
