About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal/Senior DevOps & Release Engineer to lead our release management, automation, and infrastructure optimization processes. You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines, ensuring reliable deployments, and overseeing the full lifecycle of application releases across multiple environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Release Automation Design, implement, and maintain automated release pipelines for bare-metal, Docker, and Kubernetes environments.

- Testing & SLA Monitoring Monitor release test results, ensure adherence to SLAs, and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.

- Package Management Build, package, and upload release builds; create and manage patch releases for customers.

- Release Coordination Drive cross-team sign-off processes for production releases, ensuring smooth and error-free deployments.

- DevOps Support Provide ongoing DevOps support, troubleshooting, and process improvements across engineering teams.

- Security Compliance Implement automated security scans and ensure timely remediation in line with SLA commitments.

- Cost Optimization Monitor and optimize cloud and service costs without impacting performance or scalability.

Must-Have Skills & Experience :

- DevOps : 3+ years

- Application Lifecycle Management : 3+ years

- Automation Processes : 3+ years

- SLA Management : 3+ years

- Docker : 3+ years

- Bare-Metal Deployments : 2+ years

- Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)

- Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration

- Proficiency with Linux/Unix environments

- Solid scripting skills (Bash, Python, or similar)

- Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana)

Nice-to-Have Skills :

- Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)

- Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards

- Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills
